馬太福音(Matthew) 22:12 就對他說：『朋友，你到這裏來怎麼不穿禮服呢？』那人無言可答。

22:12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.

啟示錄 21:2 我又看見聖城新耶路撒冷由神那裏從天而降，預備好了，就如新婦妝飾整齊，等候丈夫。

以弗所書 5:26 要用水藉着道把教會洗淨，成為聖潔，

5:27 可以獻給自己，作個榮耀的教會，毫無玷污、皺紋等類的病，乃是聖潔沒有瑕疵的。

希伯來書(Hebrews) 10:22 並我們心中天良的虧欠已經灑去，身體用清水洗淨了，就當存着誠心和充足的信心來到神面前；

10:22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

啟示錄(Revelation) 19:7 我們要歡喜快樂，將榮耀歸給他。因為，羔羊婚娶的時候到了；新婦也自己預備好了，

19:8 就蒙恩得穿**光明潔白的細麻衣**。（這細麻衣就是聖徒所行的義。）

19:8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

羅馬書(Romans) 3:22 就是神的義，因信耶穌基督加給一切相信的人，並沒有分別。

3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

以賽亞書(Isaiah) 61:10 我因耶和華大大歡喜；我的心靠神快樂。因他以拯救為衣給我穿上，以公義為袍給我披上，好像新郎戴上華冠，又像新婦佩戴妝飾。

61:10 I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.
